I mentioned to you in my letter of

where we stood over the possibility that the
contract to install a radar for the Civil Airport
at Beacon Hill would be awarded to the Italian
firm of Selenia. I said that we might be taking
steps to ensure that Flessey's case to be awarded
this contract was considerd by the Hong Kong
Government.

your information a copy of the letter Michael
Wilford wrote to Hugh Norman-Walker about this
matter.
