During our talks on the excellent "Commerce and Industry" day I had with you I promised to send you a copy of the piece of paper pushed under the door of Bunny Carter's hotel room by Stewart at the conclusion of the September 1968 talks.

I was glad to see from Peter Carey's letter to you of 8 September that things are moving on the question of the arrangements for 1971 after the "Heads of Agreement" come to
an end.
