Please confirm with De Geer that he is expecting a Hong Kong Delegation on 28 and 29 May for the second round.
2. The Hong Kong team will be Messrs. E. P. Ho and L.U. Souza supported by two industrialists as expert advisers. They will arrive
in Stockholm on 26 May. If De Geer thinks it would be helpful, however, the Hong Kong side could be ready to start discussion on 27 May, in which case they would advance their arrival by one day. Please arrange bookings in a good class and reasonably central hotel.
