paragraph7, the Prime Minister promis ed during his recent
visit to Washington to send President Nixon a memorandum
on non-cotton textiles. You will be aware from Washington
Creda 55 that we have been considering a draft which will
be finalised and transmitted as soon as possible. We will
of course copy to you the final text as soon as it is
available.
