up acceptance of the draft Despatch by both Mintech and the Board of Trade if we sent them a draft letter to the Governor from Sir Leslie Monson mentioning these two points and I attach a draft minute to Miss Elliott (Dunnett has now left the Board of Trade and his successor has not yet arrived) together with the draft letter to the Governor which you may agree to send to her.
