A EDAT OF ME CO'STITUTIOJ
The constitution of the Council may be amended by agreement in the Council, subject to the covering approval of the Colonial Secretary being obtained before the amendment is brought into effect. Notice of any proposed amendment of the .constitution of the Council must be given and circulated to the me:bers of the Council at least one month before the meeting at which it is to be discussed.
