Clause 25 I agree that the words "in addition" should be inserted after the word "may" in line 3 of new section 63(2).

I propose to introduce a further amendment not included in the draft Bill which has been sent to you. The amendment I have in mind is to the existing section 46, to exclude the right to picket a person's private residence which has nothing to do with his business. This can simply be done by deleting the words "house or" and "resides or" and "or happens to be" in section 46, plus a consequential amendment to the proviso by deleting "house or".

May I please know if you have any further comments before I refer the draft Bill to the Labour Advisory Board, UMELCO Labour Group, etc.
