TRADE UNION REGISTRATION ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 332)
Trade Union Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1970
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of
the Trade Union Registration Ordinance, the Governor in Council
has made the following regulations
1. These regulations may be cited as the Trade Union
Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1970, and shall come into
operation on the day appointed for the commencement of the Trade
Union Registration (Amendment) Ordinance 1970.

Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is
amended in paragraph (a) by deleting "three" and substituting the
following -
"two".
Amendment of regulation 10.
3. Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is
amended in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) by deleting "three"
and substituting the following
"two".
Revocation and replacement of regulation 14.
4.
Regulation 14 of the principal regulations is
revoked and replaced by the following -
"Accounts of trade union to include accounts of any branch, etc., thereof.
14. Every registered trade union shall
include in its statement of account the accounts
of any branch of the trade union and of every
business or charitable, cultural, educational or
medical undertaking that is operated by or in the
name of the trade union.",
