Section 52 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by

industry" and substituting the following -
"engaged or employed in the same trade,
industry or occupation".
Section 56 7 the principal Ordnance is amended in houer peth (a) if Sub-section (1) by deleting engaged in the same trade or soustry court
Section 63 of the principal Ordinance is repealed

(1) Every
process and
notices
(a)
Registrar.
summons, notice or other document
required to be served on a registered
issued by
trade union in any civil or criminal
proceeding; and
(b)
notice or other document issued by
the Registrar under this Ordinance
and required to be served on a
registered trade union,
shall be deemed to be duly served if it is
delivered at or sent by registered post
addressed to the registered office of the trade
union or if it is served personally on any
officer of the trade union, provided that such
service is otherwise in compliance with the
requirements of any relevant enactment.
