HONG KONG LETTERS PATENT 1970 AND ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

Copies are enclosed of proof prints of the drafts of the Hong Kong Letters Patent and Additional Instructions 1970 in the form in which it is proposed to submit them to the Privy Council.
2. You will note that the amendment to Article XV of the principle Letters Patent has ten further slightly amended and we should be grateful if you could confirm that you see no objection to the proposed wording.
3. These documents should of course be treated as confidential pending notification of the date on which the Instruments have been signed by Her Majesty.
