Would you please see the attached papers. Kong have now agreed the wording of the amendment to Article XV of the Letters Patent. Also attached is a draft note for the Privy Council which I believe is to be cleared with the Legal Advisers' Department. Legal Executive Branch will then have the final proofs of the amendments prepared and submitted to Hong Kong.
The next P.C. meeting which should fit the time scale will be about 11 November.
