Article XIV of the principal Letters Patent constituting the
Office of Governor of Hong Kong, in the form in which it will
be submitted to Her Majesty in Council, are enclosed.
2. You will be informed by telegram when this instrument has
been passed under the Great Seal; any amendments found necessary
will be notified to you at the same time.

receipt of the telegram mentioned above.
