Haslam, of the Bank of England, has asked me to send you the attached copy of the proposed programme for you during your period of attachment to the Bank. In sending it he commented that it was a pretty full one but it seems to us to cover all the aspects of the Bank's work with which you would wish to familiarise yourself. If, however, you should find that it is a bit too much I am sure that you can discuss the details when you come here. If you should have any comments which you would wish us to pass to Haslam now please do not hesitate to write.
