Many thanks for sending me the copy of your
letter to Steel about Haddon-Cave.
The programme you have worked out seems to
me to be excellent but I agree that it would be
as well to see if Haddon-Cave has any views on it. I have accoringly Ifant a copy of it Khim.
I have not yet regeived a reply from the Governor
to my letter of 10 July (of which I sent you a
copy) but I do not think that that should deter
you from sending a copy of your detailed programme
direct to Haddon-Cave.
You will remember that I
told the Governor that we hoped to be able to let
Haddon Cave have a detailed programme by the end of
August.
I am copying this letter to Steel, Collier
