I am sorry we have been so long in replying to your letter of 26 August about the programme for
Haddon-Cave's visit.
2. We have now heard that Haddon-Cave accepts your
proposals, which he finds yery suitable, and I am enclosing a copy of the programme for his time with us. We fully agree that it would be useful if Haddon-Cave made a short farewell visit to the FCO and the
Treasury on completion of his time with CSD.
