of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1969, I appoint
WOO PAK-CHUEN (ATI)
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace to be provisionally an Unofficial Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 1st July 1970.
