of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1969, I appoint -
DAVID HAROLD JORDAN
Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace, to be provisionally an Official Member of the Legislative
Council of Hong Kong from 20th July 1970.
