JACK CATER
Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
Justice of the Peace to be provisionally an Official Member of
the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 24th September 1970.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 22nd September 1970.
