In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV
of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1969, I appoint
ERNEST IR FON LEE,
Justice of the Peace, to be provisionally an Official Member
of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong during the absence
of Mr. Jack Cater, M. B. E., J. P.
