Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, upon whom has
been conferred the Decoration of the Military Cross, Governor and
Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies,

the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be
temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of Hong
Kong with effect from 30th April 1970 during the absence from the
Colony of Mr. KAN Yuet-keung (2).
