In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint
TANG PING-YUAN (唐烟源
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace to be an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of
Hong Kong from 1st July 1970, until 31st December 1971.
