Hong Kong
10. Any further reinforcement of the Carrison (including air

11. The role of the Carrison in Hong Kong is to maintain internal security and provide a screen along the frontier with China. Hong Kong is obviously indefensible aguinst full-scale attack e.g. from China (which we have no reason to expect).
