reviewing the situation to see how the policy
aspects of administering the dependent
territories can be better co-ordinated when
such questions as the conditions of service
of the UK-based personnel are concerned.
At the same time we are reviewing generally
the terms and conditions of service for
expatriate officers under the various
dependent territories' governments.
