6.3. Holding. It is not envisaged that Holding will be carried out over the VR. To provide for possible future system variations, however, ICAO: tandards for a Holding VOR should be applied with a minimum holding altitude of 4,500 ft at 210 kts or at Flight Level 60 at 280 kts in turbulence.

6.4. Voice Broadcast. Facilities for voice broadcasts are required on the VOR, the origin of such broadcasts to be Aerodrome Control for the purpose of issuing routine airfield information. 6.5.
