I believe that the Government is being approached
for a loan to the Government of Hong Kong which would. enable them to get ahead with extending the airport
It looks a pretty good bet economically runway at Kai Tak. and to hell in this way would do much to boost Hong Kong's confidence in the future.
I wonder if, when you have made some enquiries, I might bring Anthony Royle and take up a few minutes of your time in further explanation.
