Hong Kong Development.
1. At our meeting on 1st May I undertook to find out what elements of the Hong Kong development proposals were covered in the Scott, Wilson feasibility study and the basis they used for calculating costs.
2. Their report covered only the runway and taxiway works and associated lighting. Their estimate of cost was based on the contract going out to international tender.
3.
They believe the proposals for apron, terminal building and cargo complex were prepared by P.W.D.
