Mr. Baker (P.S. to P.U.S.) was contacted by telephone yesterday by the Secretary to the E.C.G.D., Sir Anthony Percival, in connection with this Question. In his view. if any supplementaries are asked on E.Ć.G.D. matters, it would be appropriate for the Minister to decline to answer on the grounds that these are
matters for his right honourable Friend the President of the Board of Trade.
