Chris Lucas asked me to reply to your letter of 3rd April to confirm that we agreed to your covering this on the basis
At 75 per cent now proposed up to a maximum of £18 million. that would mean a loan up to £131⁄2 million to be repayable over seven years from estimated completion dates for U.K. goods and services and five years for local costs.
