On 218% Nay you wrote to us confiming agreement to a loan of up to £134 million for this project. Later Frank Mann spoke to you and you agreed a marimm figure of £15 million and noted your file to that effect, but it was left that we should notify you of the final figure utilized. This letter is therefore to advise you that we have covered a loan by Lloyds Bank Limited not exceeding £143 million (excluding interest) to cover 75% of the project value.
