I understand that French
bankers have made a provisional
offer in respect of this project.
It is, however, dependent on
official support by the French
authorities who are in touch with
E.C.G.D.
We believe that our conditions
for underwriting are sensible and we
see no reason to change them.
I will write to you again if
there are any further developments.
