In the light of the query which the Prime Minister raised and which I recorded in my letter of January 27, I should be grateful to have an up to date report on where this matter stands.
I am sending copies of this letter to Barrington (Foreign and Commonwealth Office), Hancock (II.. Treasury) and Gruffydd Jones (Cabinet Office).
