The Government of Hong Kong has decided
to introduce measures for the stricter control of
British subjects and Commonwealth citizens in-
cluding those from dependent territories entering Hong Kong, Guch persons with the exception of those listed in paragraph 27 who have been onempted) 2/ will in future be required to hold visas for entry
into the Colony.
