Socrotary, Sir Hugh Norman-Walker, has boon invited to attend.

URBAN COUNCIL REPORT ON REFORM OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT
The Urban Council's Roport on the Roform of Local Government is
now on sale at $1.50 a copy at the Government Publications Centro, Contral
Roclamation, Star Forry.
Tho report, which has been printed in English and Chinose in one
booklet, was compiled by Unofficial Members of the Council. It was tablod
in the urban council in March 4 and later submitted to Government for
consideration.
