Hong Kong (Non-Domiciled Parties) Livorce Rules 1969
ith reference to your letter 3632/314 of 8 October to Mr.Cruthley and to the conversation between y urself and Mr. Rushford, I understand that you agreed that the Rules should be made without further reference to Hong Kong, ut that you wished to see a copy of the proof print before it is submitted to the Secretary of State for signature.
2. I accordingly enclose a copy and, as the Rules are to come into operation on 1 January 1970, I should be rateful if you would let me know as soon as possible if you have any amendments to make.
