I attach for your file HKK18/11 our working papers in connexion with the Hong Kong (Non- Domiciled Parties) Divorce Rules 1969, with six copies for the territory. I have sent one copy under comp.slip to Mr. Bourne at the Lord Chancellor' Office referring to his letter to me of 18 December last.
