RC.204/81/022 I have written to Sir David Trench
as in flimsy attached. I felt I had to get the letter off to him because of my own imminent departure to Gibraltar which will be followed by a visit to the Seychelles, but if there are any points which Sir James McPetrie has to discuss I would be
available to do so on return from Gibraltar on 9th September (I leave for the Seychelles on the 15th).
