We spoke. I explained that, in order to comment on the
letter at (1) on the current file below, I would require the
1965 file containing the Secretary of State's Savingram
No. 1564 of 17 August 1965, which is also referred to in
paragraph 2 of Mr. Mason's letter at (9) on the 1968 file.
I should be grateful if your department would call for the
1965 file and put it up to me with the other two files which
I return herewith.
