At each Annual General Meeting of the Association he shall prepare and submit a Report on the year's working.
He shall act under the direction of the Committee but W e personally responsible for the correspondence of the Association.
15. TREASURER'S DUTIES

The funds of the Association shall be maintained as directed by the Committee and no financial liability shall be incurred or payments made except under a general or special directive of the Com- mittee.
The Treasurer shall receive all monies belonging to the Association from whatever source derived, for which he shall be held responsible except for monies received for Welfare purposes or monies received as donations to the Welfare Fund.
(iii) He shall issue proper receipts for all subscriptions, shall pay all liabilities of the Association as directed by the Committee, shall keep a Receipts and Pay- ments Account and shall prepare and submit the Annual Financial Statement as provided for in Rule 12 (ii).
16. WELFARE OFFICER'S DUTIES
(i)
The Welfare Officer shall receive all monies donated for Welfare purposes or donated to the Welfare Fund for which he shall be held respon- sible, shall issue proper receipts for all such monies received, shall keep a Receipts and Payments Account and shall prepare and submit an Annual Financial Statement as provided for in Rule 12 (iii).
