(ii)
The Officers and Committee Members of the Association shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting when all offices fall vacant. Officers shall be eligible for re-election.
Retiring
(iii) Vacancies arising through the year shall be filled
by nomination of the Committee.
8. GENERAL MEETINGS
(i) The Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held in London on the first Saturday in October of each year at a time and place to be decided by the Committee.
(ii) Extraordinary General Meetings shall be convened at such time and place as the Committee may decide. Any ten Members may, in writing to the Secretary stating the reason, call for an Extra- ordinary General Meeting. Only the business for which such Meetings are convened will be con- sidered at the Meeting.
(iii) Twenty-one days' notice shall be given of any Extra-ordinary General Meetings to all members residing in the United Kingdom and Eire.
(iv) Whenever it happens that voting upon any ques- tion is equally divided, whether by ballot or other- wise, the Chairman shall have a casting vote.
