Since I wrote to you on 31st March about the

Hong Kong Police Force, we have received a telegram
from the Governor, a copy of which I enclose. telegram relates to the Granada television film to
which I referred in the fourth paragraph of my letter;
a transcript of the film has already been sent to you.
You will note from the telegram that the
Governor suggests that the results of the showing of
the film in this country might best be corrected by an arranged Supplementary Question and Answer when the
Mr. Starent Prime Minister makes his announcement. We shares the
Governor's view and would hope that this suggestion
