Thank you for your letter to Roger Dawe about Dr. Owen's proposed visits to the Middle East and Far East during the Easter Recess,
The Prime Minister has approved these visits on the basis set out in your letter, including the arrangement for Mrs. Owen to accompany your Parliamentary Under Secretary of State.
