Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the

powers by law vested in Her for the defence of the

realm including Her Majesty's colonial territories,

is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy

Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as

follows:-

(i) This Order may be cited as The

Requisitioning of Ships (Amendment)

Order, 1958.

(ii) The Requisitioning of Ships Order, 1955,

and this Order may be cited together as

The Requisitioning of Ships Orders, 1955

and 1958.

In the definition of "British ship" in section

5 of The Requisitioning of Ships Order, 1955, for the

words "Ceylon or" there are hereby substituted the words

"Ceylon, Ghana, the Federation of Malaya or".
