Sir,
I have the honour to transmit to you the Drafts of
order 1969 and an Order revoking the (Amendment) Order 1958.
of
the Requutioning of Ships
2.
I have to request that you will submit these Drafts for the approval of the Queen in Council, and that a sealed copy of each of the Oriers may be supplied for the use of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
3. It is not the intention to publish the revoking Order, and the other Order will not be published unless and until the necessity for invoking it should arise. I have therefore to request that the existence of the two Orders should be kept secret.
