The various references to the fighters being in position nine months before the agreement ends should therefore read twelve months. I spoke to Commodore Bayne about this, only to learn that the error had already been noticed and a correction issued. He also told me that COS had approved the proposal and that Mr. Frank Cooper had been asked to take the matter up with us.
