* Tho staffing of the Polytechnic Board and
the Polytechnic and the constituent colleges, including the appointment of a Principal- designate.
* Such additional supervisory, consultativo
and advisory machinery as may bo nocessary to ensure that the Polytechnic Board and tho constituent collogos are enabled to carry out offoctively their intended role in the provision
