I wrote on 6 June 1969 just before you left Hong Kong mentioning that I hoped to be in London in early September 1969 with Mr. Bailey, the Secretary of
My dates are now the Polytechnic Planning Committee. more firm I arrive in London from Geneva on Friday 5 September and leave for New York on Wednesday 10 September. I should be most grateful if I could see you some time on either Monday, 8 September, or Tuesday, 9 September I hope to see Sir Fred Pedler of TETOC during the same two days. Bailey will be in London until early October and he could follow up after I leave for New York any points raised if this was necessary.

I am leaving Hong Kong on Sunday 24 August 1969, and Bailey leaves on Monday 25 August 1969. His London address is 114 Hampstead Way, N.W.11 (phone (01) 455.6111) and it will be possible to reach him there after Tuesday 26 August 1969.
