Mr. Marsh took the opportunity to comment further on his visit to Hong Kong and to put forward his proposal for a team from Hong Kong to visit the United Kingdom, as now set out in his report. Readiness was also expressed on behalf of TETOC to nominate persons to advise on particular aspects of the Polytechnic's development, whether in Britain or by visits to Hong Kong.
Sir David expressed appreciation of the opportunity for an exchange of views and said that he would await Mr. Marsh's report with interest.
