I have only two small amendments to suggest to the draft inutes, as follows :-

Pare 6, second paragraph: Amend to read "Mr Stewart said the Inclusion of non-cotton textiles in the C.T.A., as proposed by Hong Kong, was wholly unacceptable to the Ministry of Technology and he doubted whether Ministers generally would agree to it, but, if they did, there could be no question of our perpetuating the Imbalance of the present arrangements by agreeing to "roll-in" the .m.f. items with cotton. The position would be different under Article XIX because this specifically provided for the "one-market" concept, i.e. it applied to "like or directly competitive products".
