correspondent of New Life Evening Post disclosed that a nine- year-old boy who was saved from his difficulties on the 19-mile-stone beach on July 17 subsequently died because of the delay caused by engine troubles of the ambulance on its way to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Wondering whether first aid was provided in ambulances, he expressed the hope that remedial measures would be taken to prevent the unnecessary loss of lives.
