Further to my letter 15/11 dated 25 July I enclose herewith another selection of press cuttings concerning the imposition of tariffs on cotton textile imports into Britain. I also enclose a copy of the address by Dr. S.Y. Chung at the annual general meeting of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. The latter summarises the sentiments of the leading industrialists here; sentiments which they are not shy to air at every possible opportunity.
